Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, demo.ziggopay.io (the “Website”). The Website is run by AI Technologies LTD, trading as ZiggoPay (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms cover the Website only. If you become a ZiggoPay customer, the payment services we provide to you are governed by the agreement and onboarding terms you accept with us, which apply in addition to these terms.

2. Information on the Website

The Website gives general information about ZiggoPay and its products. It is not an offer, not a contract, and not financial, legal or tax advice.

Products and features may change, and some are available only after onboarding, identity and business verification, and any approvals required by law. We try to keep the Website accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or up to date.

3. Using the Website

You agree not to:

  • use the Website for anything unlawful or fraudulent
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other people's accounts
  • interfere with or overload the Website, including with automated scraping or attacks
  • copy, modify or reuse the Website's content, design or branding without our written permission

4. Sign-in and account links

Links such as “Sign In” and “Open account” take you to separate ZiggoPay portals. Those portals have their own terms, and you are responsible for keeping your login details and authenticator codes secure.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to AI Technologies LTD or its licensors and is protected by law. The ZiggoPay name and logo are our marks. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them except to view the Website normally.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website links to services we do not run, such as Calendly for booking meetings. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

7. Availability and liability

The Website is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
