1. Who we are

This policy explains how AI Technologies LTD, trading as ZiggoPay (“we”, “us”), a company in Ghana, handles personal data on this website, demo.ziggopay.io (the “Website”).

It covers the Website only. If you become a ZiggoPay customer, we collect more information, such as business and identity details needed for verification, and explain that separately when you onboard.

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your name, company and message.
  • Meeting bookings: if you book a meeting through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter and shares them with us. Calendly handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting systems may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, used to keep the Website secure and working.

The Website itself has no sign-up form and does not ask you for personal data to browse it.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Third-party services you choose to open from the Website, such as Calendly, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

4. How we use it

  • to reply to your questions and arrange meetings
  • to run, secure and improve the Website
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We do not sell personal data.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the Website and our communications, such as our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, which hosts the Website in Europe) and Calendly, and with authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and meeting information for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
